Residents of Dalseong-gun must follow this system.

This system applies to all residents of Dalseong-gun. When disposing of trash, please be sure to use a designated bag sold at a store in your neighborhood. Violation of this regulation is punishable by a fine of up to KRW 1 million.

• Please cooperate!
• Please put your trash in a designated place between sunset and 2:00 AM. Please remember not to dispose of your trash on Saturday night as no trash is collected on Sunday.
• Please use a designated trash bag for ordinary trash. Please put food waste in a food waste container and affix a proof-of-payment sticker.
• You can purchase a food waste container at: Green System (☎053-473-0005)
• For recycled goods, please use different bags for different types of goods.
• For large-sized waste, such as a wardrobe, please pay the fee before putting the item in a designated place at/on the designated time/day of the week, with the proof-of-payment sticker affixed.

  • Large-sized waste is collected at your home.
  • When you have large-sized waste to dispose of, please call Cheongjo Hwangyeong (☎053-615-0207) or use the Internet (http://dalseong.storyweb.co.kr).
• Free collection of second-hand household appliances
  • Collectible items: TV (29-inch or larger), washing machine, refrigerator, air-conditioner, etc.
  • Personnel from the Korea Electronics Recycling Cooperative will visit your house to collect such waste items.
